Default Civil 3D shaded surface does not show edges of the pads/smooths(smoodges) them in Navis

Hi There, I searched the Net about any tips or workaround how to make the attached Civil3D Surface model into NavisWorks Model, looks realistic ( as suppose to ).

In Navis The surface appears too smooth, The edges of the pads, are rounded, it looks smudged.

Interestingly enough, Some of the edges come as sharp edges, but I cant find what makes them to appear like that. Please see attached images :

I tried adding breaklines to the surface, It does not change the appearance in Navis,
The Grating apears Ok but not the surface.
If I change the mode on Navis as Wireframe Or Hidden, Then all triangles look as suppose, but not in Shaded, Full Render. It just wrong..

I export the surface to DWG (3D faces)then It comes with the edges and looks like in Civil3D shaded picture, but then I am loosing the link to the design, and the file becomes difficult to handle -Too Big

    Please help, advise !

I tried almost all settings changes in Navis Manage aswell. I am running out of Ideas.
