polyline to text convert with out using AutoCAD 2018

Hello everyone. I am using AutoCAD 2009 and I have converted pdf file drawing to AutoCAD but
the text appears as a polyline. I want to change this polyline to Mtext or AutCAD recognized text format.
Someone please help... It is urgent, thanks.

You can't do it unless you have at least 2018. If so, use the PDFSHXTEXT command.

You may be able to do it with the OCR tools in Raster Design, but I don't recall if those were in Raster Design 2009, or if Raster Design was even called that 11 years ago. It's former name was CAD Overlay.
