I usually insert a sheet list once I get preliminary plans to a review point.

Is there a way to get the sheet index table to be dynamic for adding the new sheets to the table when I add them to the Sheet Set?

I don't think so, to have it update automatically.
But you CAN update the table when you've added more sheets, but maybe you know that already?
