Default File set up from another company's files - I'm lost

Good Day! Thanks for taking a peek, I hope someone can help. I was given a bunch of standards from a company to do some drafting for them, but in separate files and to be honest I have no clue what the easiest method would be to get it all into one file. They're dwg's only (I tried making templates but there is no template data in them) so I'm not sure how best to bring it all together and my Googleage has been fruitless. I'll attach a picture of the files they sent - I think there is enough info to just get the method out of someone but if I need to attach an actual file I can do...the thing I find most odd is that not a single one has any linetypes - is that typical?

I'd take any advice or suggestion on the topic in general - seems like lots of work to combine files each time, why wouldn't there just be one main file?

    Cheers

Not sure what the issue is, but we can't see what is in those .doc's and PDFs.
But assuming they have explained how they want their drawings created, I would simply start from a blank dwg, INSERT all the cad files (which brings in all the content), set up your layout(s) in PS with their title blocks.
And then save it as a template .dwt

Usually.. a company would GIVE you a dwt (and supporting files such as linetypes, hatch patterns, fonts if needed) oh and PLOT STYLES (you really should be getting those from them if not OOTB).

Okay, she did forget a couple files, so I am now understanding what I'm working with. I didn't want to argue back in case I was being the dunce haha. Thanks for the reply!
