Angry Revit wall reveal not editable by one of our viewers

We have an odd situation where a user cannot select a reveal she has created. The file is workshared, and I can select and edit the reveal without issue. We have the same selection options activated. Another symptom is that the reveal preview does not appear when she places a reveal. Any idea what could be happening?

Can you explain the problem more clearly? What exactly do you mean by 'Cannot select'? there are lots of steps you might call 'selecting' with the reveal tool. Or is it just the very first change to even click on the reveal? Does this problem exist in a brand new view (I'm thinking she might be trying it from her own 3d view with specific settings.)

The user figured out she had placed the reveal in the incorrect workset. The problem is solved. Thanks!
