Make a new part from a Simple Cylinder structure. Modify it in partbuilder to add small inside diameters, thin walls and floors. Use whatever block you want in the structure style for plan view representation.

I have tried to use Part Builder 2 or 3 times and never made a part functional. Any good tutorials?
