parameters manager very slow

Summary: If the parameters manager is open it takes a long time for it count the displayed parameters

Description: If you use a lot of parameters in a drawing and you use view ports every time you make a new view port the parameters manager tally's up the displayed parameters and the process is very slow. The work around I use is to make sure and close the parameters manager before changing view ports.
