    Default Attributes in Dynamic block misbehaving.

    Hiya gang,

    I'm pretty sure I'm losing my mind.

    In the process of troubleshooting an issue with a "bad" block, I have made a simple test block, from scratch, in a new file and it exhibits the same issues. Here's the block:

    You get the idea, you can stretch the text over, position the text/landing, flip the whole thing. Easy as pie. We've all made 1000 of them.

    I added a few annotation scales to it, looks great, right?

    However, when I flip this brand new block, the attribute rotates 180 degrees in any annotation scale except the current one:

    Furthermore, if I stretch the leader, the text does not move in the other annotation scales:

    I mean... am I going wacko!?!?!?!?!? I can make this block in my sleep.

    DWG attached. Any help is, as always, much appreciated.
