i am trying to get the text label to be multiline. below is the expression i am using.
however, it is not making it multiline. what i am getting is this: #28 Area#04.

    Concat ('#',Autoincrem , ' \n ' , 'Area#', Area01)

what am i doing wrong. it says the expression is validated.

In the style label dialog, click on Advanced and you will see Label Position radio buttons. The default is Repeat. Change it to Fixed Location. You may also need to use \P instead of \n.

I'm using Map3D inside Civil 3d. my only options there are "next to feature or on top of feature with an x, y offset".
unless im looking in the wrong place

Attached is what mine looks like. I am not using Map 3d, i am using the map3d functionality inside civil 3d if that matters any.
