Default Additional Western species Glulam sizes

    Glulam - Western species sizes that are 3 1/2 & 5 1/2 in addition to 3 1/8 & 5 1/8 out of the box.

In the west builders use 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 glulam beams more commonly that 3 1/8 and 5 1/8. I have to duplicate and resize these beams for every project. This tread was closed so I was unable to comment on the last responder who commented that this wish had been granted. I have the latest Revit and these sizes are not present. Can I get some elaboration on this?

Edit the family, edit the types and/or add the additional types. Save the family. The family is stored in a folder that is read only by default. Change that status and you can save the family in the same library folder. Alternatively, create an office library for your own versions of content and save it there. Load that family into your template and you'll not have to think about it again.
