We are looking into which to get. We are a small firm but work on fairly big projects. If we use Lt, can that work with Architects that use the full version. We need to purchase right away. Help is needed instead of hours of research. Thanks.

If you're going to do real model sharing and coordination with other firms using Revit/Navisworks then you need shared coordinates...that's not part of LT.
You posted in the MEP sub-forum ... are you an MEP firm? If so, you will need the full version as LT does not have the MEP tools.
What they said LT is basically a watered-down version of Architecture and cannot be used for anything MEP related, and contains no collaboration tools whatsoever, which IMO defeats the purpose of using Revit in the first place. I used to get this question a lot when I was still on the reseller side, so I created the attached. Granted it's for 2013, but is still representative of what you are missing in LT.
