Any idea how to switch on/off object properties management at ACADM 2019?

Subject says it all, having trouble to locate where is the "object properties management" to switch on the "layer manager".

I don't have acadm. Are you talking about the regular layer manager? Just type LAYER. I don't know what you mean by "object properties management". The properties palette can be displayed by typing PROPERTIES.

If you type in the Search Commands box, it will show you where in the UI a command is located.
