Default ADDING A NEW COMMAND TO A RIBBON USING THE CUI

Can someone please give me an example of how to use the CUI for adding a command to a Ribbon or creating your own Ribbon and Button (Commands) on the ribbon?
I used to create my own short cut buttons(commands) back in the day on LDD.
Would like to do the same and be able to shortcut some of the multiple button issues for getting some commands to function with one button versus multiple.

Have you checked our AutoCAD CUI Menus forum? Your question may be answered there.
If you have a technical question, please find the appropriate forum and ask it there.
You will get a quicker response from your fellow AUGI members than if you sent it to me via a PM or email.

Here is a tutorial. It's older, but still applicable. Not much has changed with the CUI over the years.
