    Default is it possible to make schedules columns invisible on sheet?

    (while keep them visible on shedules view)

    No as you've described it. I usually have a schedule for overall Data Entry tasks and another (or more) formatted for the sheet presentation. The data is the same, it's not really "in the schedule" after all (unless you're adding calculated/combined fields). I also liberally use Hide Columns and Unhide All Columns but then format the headers that should be hidden differently so it is more obvious which ones should be hidden.
