    Default Add COGO Points to data shortcuts

    Summary: Allow COGO points to be data shortcut into drawings

    Description: Currently you can only xref a points drawing into other drawings, and are limited to the base drawing's point and label style settings. By allowing COGO points to take advantage of data shortcuts display options would be greatly increased.
