    Ctrl+2 opens Design Center where you can drag and drop a dozen different elements including Layouts from one drawing to another. Couldn't get much easier.

    As copying a Layout doesn't always produce the results many users expect as to viewport layer states, block definitions and drawing references having an actual move command for Layouts would be a disaster since the original Layout would no longer exist.

    Yes!! I use this all the time!! Drag and Drop sketch layouts to existing sheets for RFI's etc. complete with title block, annotation blocks, plot styles etc.
