Default Dynamic Block maintaining its Visibility State.

I have a user that has explained that a dynamic block has changed its Visibility state without user input. This may have happened during a copy command.

The block would have changed from the Base or Original design to visibility that had been added later.
This change affected all of the selected group of blocks added during the copy command.
This change set all of the copied blocks to the same incorrect visibility state.
This change did not affect the blocks that were the base or selected to be copied.

Has anyone ever seen this event?

    Thank you.

Was the block updated to with the new visibility state as default?
