    Default 3d surfaces

I would like to create the nose of this train in 3d but need to know if Autocad or revit would be better. Would be using some sort of surfacing that could connect two profiles or more.

I would use Inventor, but the next choice would be AutoCAD. You might start with Recap and then import into AutoCAD.

Is there a feature in autocad to connect two profiles with a surface. I know there is in Revit.

AutoCAD doesn't have much support for surfaces, mostly solids.
