    Default Civil 3D 2020 - Offset Command

We are just transitioning to C3D 2020 - I am having issue with my usual command aliases - most annoying being the Offset Command. I have checked the .pgp file and it appears to be correct, but when I type O for Offset - I get this:
    O.png
In order to actually see the options to use the offset command properly - I have to either go to the command ribbon and pick the Offset command - or spell out offset.
    Offset.png

What's going on and how do I fix this? I've already attempted editing the .pgp to the "enhanced" Offset command, I've already used Reinit and nothing helps.

    Thanks!

P.S. - The other issue I mentioned with my usual command aliases is even though my PGP is set to X for Extend and EX for Explode, I get this:
    Command: EX
    Unclear entry. Please specify: EXPlode/EXTend

It could be you're checking the wrong .pgp file. If you use the ALIASEDIT Express Tool it edits the first one in the Support File Search Path. Check to see what O, X, & EX are set to in there.

Your first one (the "O" command) looks like there is a lisp function defined to "O". I don't recognize that prompt "Destination layer?<0>:"

Lisp functions always take precedence over PGP shortcuts

It's apparently new in 2020, because we have no lisp routines defining this. If I hit enter a couple extra times, it goes thru to the distance and such, but I only found that out by mistake, in frustration.

I am using the correct PGP file -- already checked that, and made sure that my Options, had the correct path to support files for 2020.

This happens with TR for Trim also - I get "Unclear entry. Please specify:" error asking if I want TRim or TRAce ... Huh? I don't even have a shortcut for Trace. I've tried shutting off the autocomplete ... nope - that doesn't help either.

I have X set to Extend, because I extend far more than I want to Explode - EX was switched to Explode. However I get the "Unclear entry. Please specify:" Explode or Extend -- which is clearly defined in my PGP

Open an existing drawing and enter o at the command line again, then hit Esc, then the up arrow. The last command used should be on the command line. I'm guessing on your PC it's not OFFSET like it is on mine. Without any modification to the .pgp file O should start the OFFSET command.

@Sherry G - you must have something going on, because nothing has changed with these command prompts. I'm looking at a stock OOTB copy of 2021 right now.

    Command: O
    OFFSET
    Current settings: Erase source=No Layer=Source OFFSETGAPTYPE=0
Specify offset distance or [Through/Erase/Layer] <Through>: *Cancel*
    Command: *Cancel*
    Command: TR
    TRIM
    Current settings: Projection=UCS, Edge=None, Mode=Quick
Select object to trim or shift-select to extend or
    [cuTting edges/Crossing/mOde/Project/eRase]: *Cancel*
    Command: *Cancel*

Run these commands (with the parenthesis)

    (findfile "Acad.lsp")

    (findfile "Acaddoc.lsp")

Do you get "nil" or a filename returned?

Also, type in an exclamation point, followed by a "c", and a colon, then the command shortcut.
    Example:

    Command: !C:O
    nil
    Command: !C:TR
    nil
    Command: !C:O
    #<SUBR @000002abec9be9d0 C:O>

For the the first two, there is no lisp redefinition.
For the last one, there is (because I purposely created one)
