Default Filled Region Prints in Edited Crop Region

    Hello!
I have an issue with a filled region in an edited crop region. Everything looks fine on the sheet but when printed to pdf, the filled region shows up in the original rectangular shape of the crop region and is not cropped by the modified "L-Shaped" crop region. The edited area is cropping model elements but not the filled region. I have had this issue with linework before as well.
    Any suggestions? Much appreciated!

So one solution to this issue that I have used before when printing to pdf doesn't look right is change the printing setting from "Vector" to "Raster" I did this for this issue and it worked, however, my coworker tried and she said it messed up her line weights. Anyone have that issue with raster printing? It looked fine when I printed.

I've only ever had issues with printing to vector and had objects go missing.
