so this the situation: we have an opening family is used in our modeland we have a problem that some of these family units are missing when printing as PDFor exporting, in our model we have a plan with 3 different scales (1:200, 1:100, 1:50) so when exporting to DWG or printing as PDF, only in the scale 1:100 sheet, some of the units are missing and the other scales everything is fine, also in another situatiuation by other team, they have the same problem, but with scale 1:50 plans, I also rebuilt the family, but this did not help, so i am not sure where the problem comes from any idea why would this happen, graphic card, maybe??

Are all the views at the same detail level (fine, medium, coarse)? Do all the elements show in the families for all detail levels? Do the views have view templates associated with them? Have you checked all the visibility settings and filters?

If it's only the PDFs that are missing the elements, it's likely a problem with the PDF creation.
Are you printing Raster or Vector?
I always suggest printing via Raster as I've never ended up with data loss that way. I've had many issues over the years printing to Vector, regardless of graphics card, PDF writer or workstation.
