    Default Point Elevations

Is there any way to add a number to all point elevations to raise the datum?

Have you tried the MOVE command? For example this raises them 500 units.

    Command: MOVE
    Select objects:
Specify base point or [Displacement] <Displacement>: (PICK ANYWHERE)
Specify second point or <use first point as displacement>: @0,0,500

Both will work for C3D Cogo Points

Dotson's method will work with any CAD objects.
