Default Structure not displaying in profile

I have a sanitary sewer network with several alignments. I have a structure that displays correctly in two profiles, but will not display in one profile. I have checked to make sure that my profile view elevations are beyond the limits of the structure elevations, and also that the alignment extends to the structure. I'm attaching a .zip file of the project. The structure in question is Prop. MH-9, and the problem profile view is BLF MESQUITE ST. As you can see, Prop. MH-9 appears in profile views BLE MESQUITE ST. and BLA MAIN ST.

I appreciate your input, thank you.

Default Re: Structure not displaying in profile

I have tried deleting the manhole and recreating it. I have also tried deleting the alignment, all pipes and manholes associated with the alignment, and the profile and recreating all. Nothing has worked so far.
