Mtext "Import Text" RTF Lisp

We are needing a lisp tool to automate loading multiple word .rtf files into one drawing. Need help with the coding for "import Text". I cannot find the command for "IMPORT TEXT", while in Mtext. This command is part of a shortcut option within the text editor. Design lisp to do: Open MText, Text Editor', Import Text, located file, insert, - Repeat. I don't have any samples of code for Mtext "Import Text" xxx.RTF file.

If you were to consider third party software, DotSoft's ToolPac contains a General Notes tool that lists all RTF files found in your search paths and makes it easy to simply click on the item in the list and another click to insert it into the drawing.
