Question MTEXT "Import Text" (Command name)

What is the Command to type "Import Text". Is there a way to call up "Import Text" at the command line?
Or automated way to call up the command (ie: Lisp program - to located .rtf files to import) besides using the MTEXT- import text function for each file?
METHOD: The only way I have find to insert a txt.rft file is; while in MTEXT - Text Editor>> Right Click>> select "Import Text".
Separate file window ups up to navigate to folder and you can locate the folder where the file resides.
Office uses ACAD LT 2020 & ACAD 18 Full version.

You can insert a text file with RTEXT or copy text and Paste Special but to control MTEXT properties the way you've been doing it is best.

If you can describe what you're trying to do a lisp function may be an option for those on the full version but you would need to request it on the Lisp forum → https://forums.augi.com/forumdisplay.php?91-AutoLISP
