    Default QTY in Door Schedule

I have a 2 story plan. In one dwg I have both the upper and lower floor. The plans are side by side. Both levels have a 2868 door. I have inserted one door and then did a select similar to insert the other door (So they are both exactly the same) I am using the same door tag number as well (#3). When I add them to my door schedule, they appear on 2 separate lines in the schedule. All my other doors and windows (if they are the same) will be grouped onto one line and the quantity column with add them up. But it won't do it for these doors.
    What I've tried:
    1. I tried -WBlock
    2. I thought it was a corrupt file so I copied and pasted into a file I know is good.
    3. Audit/Purge, of course
    4. I copied the wall and door from the lower floor up about 5 ft or so and added this new, 3rd door, to the schedule. It grouped the 2 lower floors together. So I moved that new door to the upper floor. The schedule separated them again. It appears to be separating them by location in the dwg. Is this a toggle?

I attached a jpg of the schedule where you see it's grouping 2 out of the 3 identical windows.

    How can I fix this?
    Thanks in advance
    Heather
