Default Wasted titlebar space - Revit 2019 (others?)

Anyone know if its possible to delete this extra WASTED space in the title bar area below the ribbon & tool icons and above the view title bars (I attempted to attach a pic)?
If not, is there a good Autodesk feedback route to make a request for the next release?
Screenspace is always in short supply. Can't have area taken up for no reason (is there a reason?).

That's the "Option bar" and some options pop up during certain commands. If it wasn't set, then your workspace would bounce up and down as the options are made available.

Of...course! That makes sense and didn't think of that. Let's consider this topic closed....

    Thanks!
