Schedules to have filter with "OR" in addition to "And" filters

Summary: Sometimes we need to have more than one type of criteria in schedule filters, where "And" is provided, but it is exclusive "And" we need to have "OR" filter for flexibility

Description: Sometimes we need to have more than one type of criteria in schedule filters, where "And" is provided, but it is exclusive "And" we need to have "OR" filter for flexibility.
For example if i am creating a Room schedule filtered with department to have Toilets and Kitchens listed in the schedule, I will add filter criteria Department to contain "Kitchen", in the next filter Revit gives "And" which is taken as exclusive "And". and "Or" drop down will enable me to Select Filter for Department as OR Department "Toilet".
The schedule will then have all rooms with department kitchen and toilet.
