civil objects labels not scaling correctly

Got a new one here. It seems that cogo points and line labels are not adjusting the displayed text when the scale is changed in model space. This seems to an issue with windows ten. Has anybody else seen this or do they have a fix

I am on windows 10 pro, but I have never used 2019, jumped from 2018 to 2020 and have not seen this issue.

Are you referring to the scale of labels when viewed through a viewport contained in a layout? If so, those are based on the viewport scale regardless of the model space scale. If you are only referring to viewing those elements in the model layout tab, then try a regen after the scale change.

Are the 'points' being viewed real civil 3D points with labels or are they autocad points/blocks?

Post the DWG file (or a stripped down version of it that still exhibits the problem)

not my file I was just helping a friend. but it seems the issue resolved itself must have been a video card issue.
I got an email from when he opened this morning everything seemed to be working. will have to see if it returns
