Good job all. It seems we're holding our own, with more interest from Form-Z and archicad now. Thank you all for supporting this poll. As has been discussed, the Maxwell has really awesome capabilities, it just isn't very time aware (yet). I do certainly hope that more than 142 of us use AUGI though...
Hey, eventhough Revit has more votes than Archicad (by quite a bit) Archicad is listed under the plugin section of Maxwells' webpage.... Is that because nobody from Autodesk has been in contact with Victor? Hopefully Fedor (from the factory) will help.
Actually, The plugins on the web page are not only Autocad (which isn't on the list) and Archicad are listed, so is Sketchup and Microstation(Bentley), and Form Z (even though we have more votes than all of them...
We're probably low on the list because the factory has a lot of things higher on the list than intergrating Revit with a third party rendering solution (when they already have some integration with their own rendering platform). Maybe after the contract with Accurender expires we'll see some action (if that is even a posibility)... Then again, the SDK just came out and maybe the Next Limit team can do something all on their own.

They have Autodesk listed, which I took to mean that all relevant Autodesk products (Revit included), are under consideration. They also have ArchiCAD, SketchUp, FormZ, etc. under consideration.
Until there's an "available" or "in progress" text next to the application in question, I don't know that much can be concluded from the chart as to which plug-ins they plan to work on next.
Hi Irusun, actually they have the company's name and the product's name, and for autodesk they have autocad....but you may be right...
Right you are luigi... I saw the big blue Autodesk icon and missed that it said AutoCAD above it... that is pretty subtle - it took me a couple of minutes of staring at the charts to notice that.Originally Posted by luigi
I would guess that's a typo - it would be completely pointless to make a Maxwell plug-in specifically for AutoCAD... so, we'll just have to wait until there's a progress update to find out.
