Add multiple shared parameters

Summary: The ability to add more than one shared parameter at a time from a txt file

Description: Sometimes when you get a new title block for a project you are fortunate enough to get the txt file that contains the shared parameters as well. However you still have to add them one by one, unless you also get a project file where the parameters are added so you can use transfer project standards. There has to be a way to give users the possibility to load more than one parameter at a time. Even something as easy as the ability to choose more than one in the same dialog box that comes up now would improve the workflow greatly.
