Summary: Control internal and external Base & Top Extension Distances separately

Description: In practice, it's rare that most layers of a wall build-up start and finish at the same spot. It would be good to be able to control the Base and Top Extension Distances separately.
Take, for example, an external timber framed wall where the framing extends up to roof level, the exterior cladding stops at soffit level, and the internal lining stops at ceiling level; all of which may be at different heights. Currently this requires at least one of these layers to have a Cut Profile or similar applied to every view where this shows up.
