Hello again, still a newbie and still fighting roofs, attached is a shot of roof not joining, I apologize for the redundancy but I don't know where else to turn, thank you very much

I'm not an expert I don't deal with roofs (I do structural) but couldn't you extend the roof sketch to intersect the other roofs and they would join?
(maybe not a solution, I don't know but that's what I would try)

You just need to draw the footprint in the overall shape of the roof to the points where the 2 roofs connect as shown in the attached image.

Then you can use the join tool to join the roofs. However I would suggest revisiting the roof design as you can see as is it will create a valley with no slope to create proper drainage.

Not a roof expert here. This is a very common issue with roofs, especially when building an extension to your house.
