    Summary: The ability to IMPORT/EXPORT the Layer Group Filters list and the Layer Property Filters list

    Description: It is a time consuming task to build a Layer Group Filter List and a Layer Property Filter list. There is no direct ability to copy, Import or export these lists and get them from one drawing to another. Please make it so.
