mtext dialog box display

I tend to use text that is color blue, I like to have my back ground set to black in model space. When I select a piece of mtext I can't hardly see it in the text editor box. Is there any way to change the background color in the text editor box to white or something other than black.

Check the Effects tab of your Windows Display Properties dialog and, in the Visual Effects area, see if the "Smooth edges of screen fonts" toggle is checked. Others have reported improved visibility of text in the Mtext editor with this item unchecked.

The smooth edges is turned off.
My main problem is trying to read blue on black.
I'd like to change the background color of the Mtext editor to white, just like the dtext editor box. Anyway to do that?
