    Default pipe networks

for some reason I can't post to the pipes forum.
my question is this, when creating a pipe network, i.e. sewer pipes, how is the length calculated. is it from center of manhole to center of manhole.
Or does it subtract half the diameter of the structure you are using on each end.
also is there a setting to account for the diameter of the manhole

for Labeling? Properties for pipe labels include center to center (normally what I've seen used) and inside edge -- (one reviewer wanted this - of course that person also wanted dirt spot shots to hundredths and inverts to thousandths)

Part Properties tab on the Pipe Properties dialog also shows that information, and looks like it's accounting for inside diameter of the structure
