Projecting Solid to Profile View without Hatching

USING: Civil 3D 2018

METHOD:
1.) I have created a few solids, one extruded, one lofted.
2.) I project these solids to a profile view. The style for the solid projection is as a section. (see attached image)

PROBLEM:
The solid shown on the profile view is the section along the profile alignment, but is has a hatch pattern within the solid. (see attached image)

QUESTION:
How do I get rid of this internal hatch?
