according to the link, such python is just for Dynamo and Revit.

You're right. I missed the tag about Revit.
I know Kean Walmsley has posted in the past about AutoCAD and Python. You might check his blog for pointers.
And, if you are attempting to get this into the AUGI AutoCAD Wish List System, you will need to submit it.

As it's very useful in ArcMap support for it in Map 3D would be nice.
