Convert Polar point to Double

Hi!

I have pint which is at double like...

Pt1(0) = 0
Pt1(1) = 0
Pt1 (2) = 0

another point is B1 which is Polar point.

How to make as pt1 = b1 point (polar point to double.

please help.

What do you mean by "polar"? A point is only a 2D point or a 3D point.
