Summary: Buttons control order in Move/Copy Window

Description: When you are in the Move/Copy Window to copy a layout creating a copy places it in the beginning unless you click on the option at the bottom "(move to end)" in which case it places it right at the end. Currently you want this layout places somewhere in the middle of other layouts , you need to exit the Move/Copy window and drag the layout to the required order. Without removing this feature, but creating another method is when in the Move/Copy Window to have promote/demote OR move up/move down which will order the layouts as required.

Had to scratch my head on that one since I hadn't used it in many years.
Why not just Ctrl+Pick and drag the layout tab to where you want the copy?
Just Pick and drag the layout tab to move it left or right.
Standard Windows behavior same as doing it in Excel.
