Default Civil 3D Corridor Code Set Hatch

    Hi,

Does anyone know how to get patterned hatching to line up with matching hatching from an adjacent corridor region when displaying a corridor with the code set "Plan View - Hatching". it seems that the hatching origin relates to the corridor region extent and not from 0,0. This results in a messy looking hatch.

In the example shown, the whole area shown by the diagonal yellow lines is one road construction so should appear like one hatch but the hatch is visibly broken down by corridor region and even spits along the assembly LHS / RHS. The little side road alone has 5 hatch regions!

HPORIGINMODE & HPORIGIN make no difference as they're already set to reference to 0,0

I know hatching with solids would solve the problem but that's not an option as we avoid solid hatching for construction drawings so a patterned hatch needs to work.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks

Late to this, and an interesting connundrum.

    From this article

    https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autoc...3464864#M39998

The issue appears that we do not have a tool to actually control how the HATCH is being placed within the corridor links as a MATERIAL.

I can not yet find the command that would allow us to programatically set the origin for materials to be GLOBAL rather than by object.
