    Default Windows Login Fatal Error

    Hi All,

My screensaver is set so that when I return to my workstation my windows login is required for security and accidental access. I installed 2021 around the middle of last year. When I log back into my active session, and if Autocad is open, ACAD crashes (Fatal Error) immediately once I'm logged in. This hasn't happened with any of the preceding versions I've used (2017 & 2019) on this workstation and I have the latest updates and hotfixes as shown by the Autodesk Desktop App and via the web interface.

    We're running Windows 7 Pro.

    Any ideas

Win 10, I seriously doubt if Adesk has done, or is interested in doing, any testing with Win7

2020 was the last version compatible with Windows 7, I'm amazed you were able to run it. You're probably going to have other issues as well.

Hmmm. I'll keep that in mind. So far the fatal error issue is the only major issue I have. My hardware acceleration keeps switching itself off but there's little difference between on and off anyway. Otherwise everything is as expected.
