Welcome to AUGI.
Raster Design (RD) should install it's own application icon to load it's dependencies (so it works)... You can also incorporate those Support File Search Paths into your own Profile (if you use one), and load the necessary CUIx file as Partial to your own Main CUIx file to incorporate the RD UI (Ribbon tabs, menus, etc) into your own workspace.
In any event, once RD is loaded you're after the Raster Tools ribbon tab.
