    Default surface information

is there a limit to the number of surfaces that will display it's data?
I have several surfaces in my dwg (14). when i hover over a point I only get info for some of the surfaces and not always the one I really need.
the dialogue box shows a couple of alignments and a few surfaces, but not all of them. is there a setting for this, does the surface have to have a particular style?
I don't want to have to create spot elevations for each of the surfaces I'm interested in.

    A couple of thoughts..

In the command line type Options.
In Display tab check the box to "Show ToolTips" and "Show Rollover ToolTips".
Click OK and close the dialog
Note: Sometimes the issue could occur as conflict with Raster Design. If computer has Raster Design installed user may unload and reload Raster Design.

Also refer to this document...looks like the limit is FOUR
