    Default Constraining & Flexing Issue

I need to get the tank length to flex, which I believe I have working properly but I have tried several methods to flex the tank diameter which needs to maintain the 5' 9 1/16 arc and the 2 1/2" fillet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you attach a picture showing what the situation is so we can understand better. Currently your question is a bit vague.
What I can say is to select the curved lines and then make sure the little tangent locks that appear are locked. Also if you add a dimension for your radii it will ensure the arcs stay those dimensions, they don't need to be locked as radius dimension are inherently locked.
