Export to atutocad from C3D not working in windows 10

Dear Members

I am using windows 10 OS, where in the Export from Civil 3D to CAD doesn't work. I am not sure if it a C3D issue or windows OS issue. Before installing windows10 , it was working fine. The EXPORT command works but it takes forever without actually exporting anything. Same is true for EXPORTTOAUTOCAD command in the command bar. Your advice is highly appreciated

Does that also fail?
