AutoCAD 2014-15 will not launch - softlock license mgr

Team AUGI,

After 3 years in the Middle East I am back in the States.
I went to launch AutoCAD and the message is.
"The security system (softlock license mgr) is not functioning or is improperly installed".

What is going on?

What steps did you take to get the error? Are you saying that you had a pc sitting for 3 years without running AutoCAD?

I was a contractor for the US Air Force in the Middle East. Neither 2014 or 15 would launch.

Thank you for the fix. I am up and running.
