Question Exposed Fire Sprinkler Pipes and Hosted Sprinkler Heads using Revit Architecture, not a good fit!

I have a building built in 1913, it has all exposed MEP and Fire System. I need to draw exposed pipes and need the ability to connect Sprinkler Heads to the exposed pipe. One other issue but just be some setting, I can only draw one pipe either horiz. or Vert. and cannot connect them. What is a good source or solution? Please do not say you tube, been there way too many times. Thank you!

Do you have pipe fittings loaded into the model and set up in your routing preferences?
