2022 - Dynamic Block with Constrains

Hi All!

I'm looking for help on a block that has constrains. This block is design to draw a gable end in exterior elevations. Most of the constrains work, but when I change the overhang depth from 12" to 18" the raise doesn't work correctly after that.

Also, I don't seem to have the Parameters Manger palette showing up while in the block editor. It shows up when not in BE.
