There are many ways top approach this, let me mark up your image and post that.

In the area marked with 1 - create an edge of pavement/flowline gutter alignment and profile
Put a region in your coridor to model that area

In the Regions marked with a 2 - create an edge of pavement/flowline gutter alignment and profile
Put a region in your coridor to model that area,
You will want and alignment and profile along the BLUE lines to target
Split the returns into two regions at the GREEN line at approximately the midpint of the curves

In the Regions marked with a 3 - create an edge of pavement/flowline gutter alignment and profile
Put a region in your coridor to model that area,
You will want and alignment and profile along the BLUE lines to target
Split the returns into two regions at the Fuchia line at approximately the midpint of the curves

The arrows point toward your target alignments

You could create a single TILTED plane under that area to sample and get yur design profiles from...

As always I welcome questions of that outline requires more details.

thanks for the help and suggestions. after scratching my head for awhile, i came up with the same idea as you
with the exception of dividing areas 2 & 3 at the midpoint of the curves. it seemed to work out okay.

again, thanks for the info and help.

An alternate could be developed to use ad arc offset from that flow line, and target back towards the road centerline and the offset
then area 2 could run around the inside curb line and project back outward towards the curb and gutter

Again large tilted planse could be used to develp the general slope directions, and then sampled to develop the design profiles.
This method might create a small area that would appear to be a gap in the paving, however the corridor model would fill the
gap when connecting feature lines created from the assemblies.

I tried a different method using the etw on the right lane and a centerline thru the cul-de-sac.
and I got this. (see attached image). the light gray areas are holes in the corridor.
What have I done wrong or what might be causing this.

    thanks

without eyes on the model, it appears your targets are causing subassembly links to overshoot and cross each other in places
